Cricket

Cricket is a game played in some countries of the world but enjoyed by a lot of people. It is played by 22 players that are divided into 2 teams of 11 players. A bat and a bowl is used for playing purposes. there are certain rules applied on both teams. International cricket council (ICC) is the governing body for the cricket that regulates the rules and keep check on the players as well as decide which team has to play how many matches per year.


Cricket has three formats: Test(played for 5 days with each team bat for 2 times), ODI (match contains 50 overs each for the team), T/20(match contains 20overs each for the teams).


T/20 has been emerged as the most successful format of the cricket. I am also a cricket fan and i like teams of England and Australia as well as my home team Pakistan.


Cricket is an unpredictable game. Until the last bowl bowled, one cannot predict the outcome of the matches. Peoples of Sub-continent are crazy for cricket. Cricket is like a religion in these countries. Some of the legands of cricket are : Imran khan, Malcolm Marshall, Glenn McGrath, Muralitharan, Shane warne, Sachin tendulkar, Steve waugh, Sir Donald Bredman etc.
